Director Imtiaz Ali comes up with yet another travel story "Highway" (after Jab We Met). It's a story about how pampered city girl Veera (Alia Bhat) gets kidnapped by Mahavir(Randeep) and all that unfolds thereafter. The entire movie more or less revolves around Alia Bhat with Hooda playing his part to near perfection. The story gets predictable after the interval. A.R. Rahman delivers yet again through his music and background score. On the whole, Highway is a good watch, with some brilliant performances, great cinematography, beautiful locations and apt music(though you may draw some parallels with Jab We Met!).
